Management Analyst, Facilities Energy Program Management Support Ref:17-00626, Management, Washington, DC

The client will provide the Headquarters Air Force's Directorate of Civil Engineers (AF/A4C) Civil Engineering (CE) support while assisting in modernizing and recapitalizing installation infrastructure, protecting installation from mission degradation, and executing sustainment programs.

Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance.

The responsibilities include coordinating, consolidating, developing, and maintaining FEPM governance and programmatic documents (e.g. DoDIs, AFIs, policies, AFPDs, AFPAM, handbooks, procedures, DoD and AF Strategic Sustainability Performance Plans, Enterprise Energy Information Management, etc.), strategic and installation level energy plans, action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses (e.g. Congressional or AFIMSC); and issue resolution action plan(s) under AF/A4C program management oversight.

Job Requirements
- BS/BA 3 years; secret clearance required
- Applies appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide the services required.
- Employs process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects.
- Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
- Coordinates a project team to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.
