2 Physical Therapist positions open with assisted living communities located in San Jose and Sunnyvale, CA.
One will be involved with the establishment of a physical therapy program for three assisted living communities.

Duties will include working with the patients in their rooms as well as in the therapy room located on site. One will be working with geriatric patients.

You will need to be able to observe the patients even when not in therapy for any non-optimum issues and be able to act upon your observations without waiting to be told about an issue by the patient. One must be very, friendly and out-going.

There are three communities that a Physical Therapist is needed for. One Physical Therapist will work 2 of the 3 and the other Physical Therapist will just work the one Community.

Must have a degree as a Physical Therapist.

Must have a license to work in the state of California.

Must have at least two years of experience in home health care.

8am – 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Compensation: $40/hour.
